I’m a Certified  Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. My online coaching program is powered by PN’s ProCoach software.

The ProCoach software helps me deliver research-proven nutrition and lifestyle coaching to my clients in a results-driven way. With the support of the curriculum, tools, and software, I’m about t get better results for my clients.

Note: ProCoach software and curriculum is only available only for Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification students and grads.

Q: Will I make you a meal plan?

A:

No, I don’t provide meal plans.

Meal plans and diets aren’t really that useful or sustainable. People often feel like it’s “all or nothing.” If they miss one meal, they give up all hope. It’s not about eating perfectly at every meal.

My approach is the complete opposite: I teach you to build a set of sustainable habits that you can use for the rest of your life.

This way it’s your choice—with my help—which foods are right for you, the best times to eat, and how much to eat each meal.

I am not a hater. And I don’t hate book or blogs. In fact, I love to read. I even write a little myself.

But diet and fitness books will rarely help you make real, lasting changes in your lives.

Books typically present too much new information at once. They get you all fired up about a “new” way of doing things… Which lasts for a few days. Then you’re back to where you were before.

Q: I am a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?

A:

Yes. I’ve  worked with lots of people who are new to exercise and healthy eating.

Remember, everyone was a beginner at some point. And at MISPIBO Fitness, I do my best to make sure all beginners work at a pace that’s comfortable for them.

My clients come in all shapes and sizes, are all ages, and come from all different backgrounds.

Q: I’m NOT a beginner. Will MISPIBO Fitness work for me?

Lots of my clients have many years of experience training consistently and eating healthy. And they still get great results with me. When they hire me as their coach, I can tailor to their needs and goals—it’s not a “one size fits all” program.

Actually, experienced people find handing the reins over to me enjoyable. I do all of the nutrition and exercise programmings so they can focus on improving other parts of their lives.

Q: What if I don’t have much weight to lose but just want to eat better?

A:

It’s great that you don’t have a lot of weight to lose. It means you’re starting out with a significant advantage.

Q: Is this just for young people?

A:

Not. I coach men and women of all ages. I’ve had many clients who are in their 50s, 60s, and 70s (and older).

Q: I read that you require progress photos. Do I have to submit those?

A:

Well, technically, I don’t require progress photos. They’re entirely optional.

The reason I request progress photos is to visually document the changes you’re making while coaching with me.

It’s also important for me to see what’s happening so they I help give you better advice when needed.

At the end of your coaching experience, if you’re really proud of your transformation and want to be featured, I’ll ask for your permission to do so.

But, before that, the pictures will be kept totally private at all times.

Remember, I’m here to help people change their bodies and their lives. I never want anyone to feel embarrassed or ashamed. So you can opt out of the photo process if you want to.

Q: Will I have to spend a lot of money on food and supplements?

As for supplements, I may recommend a few health-oriented products, based on your unique needs and goals. However, these are entirely optional.

Q: Will I need to join a gym?

Q: I have a personal trainer. Can I keep that going and work with MISPIBO Fitness?

In fact, I think with MISPIBO Fitness Coaching AND your in-person coach, you’ll be unstoppable.

Once you sign up, just let your coach know that you’re working with a local trainer, and we’ll make sure to integrate the two.

Yes, if you want to continue with both, that’ll work.

 

Q: I have some injuries. Can I still join?

A:

Yes.

We all go through injuries, so I understand where you’re coming from.

With MISPIBO Fitness Coaching, I can tailor individual exercises to help fit your needs.

Q: I have a special diet (Paleo, ketogenic, plant-based, IIFYM). Can you still work with me?

Yep, I’d love to work with you. The nutrition habits I will guide you through are easily customizable.

All you have to do is let your coach know what your dietary preferences/restrictions are and they’ll help you out.
